Video intended to help umpires understand that intentional action by the defense inside the attacking quarter of the field that results in a foul, is an "intentional foul" and must be penalized with a penalty corner (it is NOT upgraded to a penalty corner, it IS by rule a penalty corner), and an intentional action by the defense inside the circle that results in a foul, is an "intentional foul" and must be penalized with a penalty stroke.
