Set Up WSL2 on Windows 10 Home

Step by step instructions for installing WSL2 and Ubuntu 20.04 LTS on Windows 10 Home.

Windows 10 ver 2004 build 19041 or later may give best WSL2 results
This instructions may work on the Pro, Enterprise and Education editions, but this has not been verified.

As of October 28th, 2020:
you can use VirtualBox 6.1.14+ with wsl2 enabled
you cannot run Linux GUI apps unless you install and configure an X-Server on Windows
