March 14, 2022 - Reuters has reported that Victor Zolotov, Head of the Russian National Guard, had "admitted the so far strongest acknowledgement yet from Moscow that its invasion is not going to plan."
Reuters claims they got this information at the official website of the National Guard, but this is false, as it was put out of context, not "admitted" nor is it an official statement.
