Abstract— All countries have a strong focus on healthcare in response to the COVID pandemic. So in this sense, health care monitoring system is very useful to answer to such an outbreak. The Internet of Things (IoT) is the most recent internet revolution and a quickly growing academic discipline, especially in the area of health condition of the patient. The rising use of cellphones and smart watches has speed up the development of remote health care monitoring. Even when a doctor is far away, precise patient condition diagnosis is still achievable because to IoT health monitoring. The healthcare monitoring device mentioned in this study can continually track the patient's pulse-rate, body temperature, and blood SPO2 data. We recommended employing GSM Module-based communication to remotely monitor patient health condition and store the patient’s physiological parameter datas on the server. Authorized users may access the parametric data stored on any IoT platform with the use of a proposed internet system for health care monitoring. Using the values collected, physicians can diagnose ailments remotely based on the data. In fact, there is a condition called "happy hypoxia" in which a COVID-19 patient may have incredibly low oxygen levels yet still seem healthy. A pulse oximeter is a little device that frequently rests on your fingertip or fastens to the lobe of your ear and uses infrared light refraction to gauge how strongly oxygen binds to your red blood cells. The recommended method involves monitoring a SPO2 level to keep track on covid-19 symptoms.
