How To Lock The Effect Controls Panel in Adobe After Effects CC 2023:
1. Create a new Composition (Cmd/Ctrl + N)
2. Add Layers
3. Add Effects such as Expression Controls
4. Select Layer to Lock
5. Go to Effects Control Panel
6. Click on the Padlock to Lock
7. Click on the Padlock to Unlock

How To Add Additional Effect Control Viewers:
1. Go to Effects Control Panel
2. Clink on the link next to ‘Effects Control’
3. Click on ‘New Effects Viewer’
