Lacto fermentation of sweet bell peppers really increase the depth of flavors. Following the same fermentation process that I used for making hot sauce from jalapeños I did that same with sweet peppers. The resulting peppers were blended with spices, oil and vinegar to make a pleasant pepper sauce!

Recipe:
2 Large Bell Peppers
5 grams of salt per 1 L of water
Place peppers in a mason jar with an airlock and submerge with a weight.
Ferment for 5 days at room temperature.
Enjoy

Sauce:
2 Lacto fermented peppers (blended)
2 tsp garlic powder
Fresh cracked pepper to taste
1/4 vegetable oil
3 TBSP salt solution
1/4 vinegar
