Heartless difficulty, edited save from base game just to test things out, so don't ask how I got all stats to 99 so quickly.

The power of Shadow Hound vs Scarlet Havoc is 300 vs 250. Given how the damage of Theurgy is calculated, there is an increase of 9.54% in damage of an equivalent Slash setup with Cendrillon.
sqrt(300/250) * 30,441 (Max roll for Scarlet) gives 33,346 which is the exact value shown here.

Without DLC, the damage range falls to 17,240 - 19,005 --- still enough to kill the Reaper twice over.
