🏗️ Rooftop Units Installed – Major HVAC Upgrade Complete! 🚛❄️

Today is a BIG milestone for this project! The crane arrived, the flatbed truck delivered the units, and we successfully lifted and set the new rooftop units (RTUs) on top of the building.

In this episode, you’ll see:

✅ Crane lifting rooftop HVAC units onto the new roof
✅ Winter rooftop installation in freezing temperatures
✅ Mechanical engineer verifying correct unit tonnage
✅ Proper placement of supply and return connections
✅ Coordinating contractors during live installation

Each rooftop unit has a specific tonnage requirement based on the space it serves, so placement and verification are critical. The crane carefully hoisted each unit while the team guided it into position. From reinforcement to final placement, this was a coordinated effort.

It was cold — about 32 degrees but feeling like 20 — but progress doesn’t stop. This upgrade moves us one step closer to completing the building’s heating and cooling system.

This is real-time commercial renovation — the ups, the downs, the coordination, and the execution.
