Emerging markets had suffered a lot due to global lockdowns and they were going to bounce back once the uncertainty was over, which is exactly what happened.

Ambareesh Baliga, Independent Market Analyst, says that the last 7-8 months saw huge inflows into the stock market. As of October 2020, 60 lakh new investors have come into the market. It has resulted in a massive influx of money from retail and FII investors. It is difficult to say how high markets will go, but it is clear that bigger companies are becoming bigger but the small and medium size companies are suffering. If the economy has to grow, all companies must grow together.
