Diving Lord Howe Island - the world's southernmost coral reef.

I recently returned from a trip to this stunning island and was blown away by the colour and diversity of the surrounding spectacular reef systems.

With water temperatures as low as 17 degrees, it certainly didn’t feel like a normal coral reef but rather an exciting mixing pot of temperate and tropical species.

Thanks to strict fishing laws, the abundance of fish is prolific. This careful management has not only preserved the island's marine biodiversity, but also allowed it to thrive in a way rarely seen elsewhere.

This is a small snapshot of a large collection of 4K footage filmed from dive sites around the island.
