Important Announcement

On 4th Feb -Friday, we have introduced the DGT service desk for CTS/CITS exam related issue on pilot basis. for students.

Within two days, we have received around 292 complaints.

At present, TT Cell officers have been provided with subadmin account to resolve the complaints. We will enable it for Wipro, NSEIT also in another 2 days to resolve the complaints.

Students can raise complaint and track his/her complaint - whether it is resolved or not. SMS/email also will be triggered to the student at each stage. Presently e-mail notification enabled. SMS notification will be done on Tuesday.

This is the first step to setup a strong grievance Redressal cell at DGT as per the vision of our Secretary sir and DG sir.

It is an in-house development of DGT ITCELL.

Provision has been made to RDSDE/NSTI/STATE to raise the complaints on behalf of the students or e-mail complaints received by them. Self registration page will be enabled soon.

With this tool, email and WhatsApp complaints also can be entered here to notify and track by the students.

Scroll msg has been enabled in the dgt and bharatskills websites. We will do formal inauguration /press release shortly after learning from this trial.
