We try out a revamped Inteleon VMAX deck for the Darkness Ablaze post-rotation format in some PTCGO games!

With Lightning taking a bit hit in this year's Pokemon TCG rotation, Water Pokemon like the Inteleon VMAX from Rebel Clash now might have a shot to finally be viable in the post rotation format. When Inteleon VMAX wasn't busy being nuked by things like PikaRom, the card actually had some very good attributes built into the card such as Energy disruption, 2HKO potential on everything in the Pokemon TCG, and even bench sniping. Using cards like Crushing Hammer and Giratina we're going to double down on our Energy disruption strategy and some new cards from the recent Darkness Ablaze set also give the deck some cool new tricks to get Inteleon VMAX up and running more consistently.
