Ingredients

Left over Dal1 Katori
Green Chilli 1
Onion 1
Garlic 1 clove
Besan 1 Katori small
Salt half tps
Red chilli 1/4 tps
Atta 1 Katori Big
Ajwain one pinch

Method

Bachi Hui daal besan chauk pyaj green chilli namak mirch ajwain besan aata ine sabko mix karke pahle aata gund lenge Pani add nahin karenge agar pani ka halka sa ek Chhota ki jarurat hogi to bad mein dekhenge jarurat hai to lagakar aata Laga lenge achcha sa soft sa aur Tel Girish karke usko 15-20 minute ke liye rakh denge, 15-20 minute ke bad fir se ek bar aate ko masal lenge aur peda banakar loi banakar belenge belane ke bad uske Pizza cutter se Lakshmi nikal lenge aur aata aur oil lagakar uska paraanthe Ka aata Laga lenge Lakshya wala aur usko BEL ke donon taraf se sek ke FIR thoda oil lagakar FIR usko उलट-पुलट karke crisp karke banaa Gaya lenge butter lagakar serve kar lenge
