Sara Hibbard Receives Award: Top 2% of All Realtor's in Georgia

Sara Hibbard of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers was recently awarded the "FIVE STAR Real Estate Professional" Award and listed in the August 2014 issue of Atlanta Magazine as an agent who offers exemplary service to her clients.

To put this award into perspective, Sara was voted on by her clients during a year long client satisfaction survey conducted by the Five Star organization via phone calls and U.S.Mail inquiries.

Out of a possible field of 38,000 Realtor's in the state of Georgia, less than 250 Realtor's received the award and recognition. Award recipients comprised the Top 2% of all Realtor's.

Criteria for receiving the award included:
1) Award candidates received nomination through a qualifying client satisfaction rating
2) Award candidates satisfied the applicable state licensing requirements
3) Award candidates were actively employed full time as a licensed real estate professional for a minimum of 3 consecutive years
4) Award candidates were required to have a favorable regulatory and compliant history review
5) Satisfied minimum client volume or production on a one-year and three-year basis (number and volume of transactions or number of client households served)
