Creating A Babysitting Binder

When creating a babysitting binder there are a few things you want to make sure you have in the binder.
You will want a couple of forms for the parents to fill out such as the "Family Information Form". This will give you all the info about the family and the kids. Things like the addresses, birthdays, allergies and so on.
Another form would be the "Medical Authorization Form". This will be a form that you would hand to the EMS if there was ever an emergency. This will give them most of the information they would need to treat the child.
There are several more forms that I think are important and you should have when creating a babysitting binder.
Forms that will help you track what you make and forms that will help track trends and help you with your marketing.
