Back in the Joseon Dynasty, Sejong-daero was a large plaza surrounded by government offices, not the busy road it is today.
We visited the plaza in the evening.
It's now a fantastic cultural space in the city, complete with beautiful lights, media art, small parks, fountains, and a heritage museum.
