Struggling with bodyweight lunges? Try this instead:
   • Knee Pain When Lunging? Here's what to do!  

Remember to start off using super light weights and aim for reps that suit you so that it’s challenging but you’re not too sore the day after, a one minute rest between each set is ideal.

After 4 sessions with the same weight, have a small increase with the weight you are using and aim to keep the reps and rest periods you’re doing the same

0.11 - Unilateral Suitcase
3x 10 Alt Lunges (per arm)
1.12 - Goblet Lunge
3x 10 Alt. Lunges
1.38 - Overhead Lunge
3x 10 Alt Lunges (per arm)
