Today, I am sharing a healthy and tasty version of paratha with cheese and palak .It tastes great and your kids who don't like to eat palak will definitely love it.

Ingredients:
maida 5 cups
3 to 4 cups of finely crushed palak
finely chopped onions 2 medium-sized
crushed garlic and green chillies 4 tablespoons
salt 1 and half table spoon
chillies flakes 1 tablespoon
white cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
1 tablespoon grinded coriander
1 teaspoon crushed dry coriander
ajwain 1 teaspoon
dahi half cup
process:
Mix all the ingredients with flour and then slowly add water to make a soft dough.Leave the dough for 10 minutes to set.Now make small balls and roll them with hands or by using wooden roller.Add some cheese and fold the paratha as we do for making a square paratha ,then use roller to give it a shape of paratha .Fry it on tawa from both sides . You can use desi ghee or oil of your choice .
