VINTAGE 1960 PAF vs. SDPICKUPS HD PG PAF REPLICA

Описание к видео VINTAGE 1960 PAF vs. SDPICKUPS HD PG PAF REPLICA

1960 PAF came into the shop, had been dead for many years. Thorough exam showed dead solder joint on one coil lead under the paper tape, easy fix. 8.5K double black. Popped her into my Gold Top for a video audition and enjoyed typical 1960 era PAF tones I am so used to. Decided to demo my PG PAF bridge replica to compare to, as both are 8.5K. Made sure to use the same guitar to rule out the differences that exist between all guitars. Short magnet, very WEAK magnet, but they all typically ARE, except some strong magnets start showing up around this era. This was in a 1960 Gibson electric, but pickups often predate the guitars, so this could have been made in '58-59 as well, short magnets do start showing up in '59. Anyway, enjoy the show, subscribe to see the rest of the "THE LES PAUL THAT ISN'T," as part 3 is closed to being finished. DON'T MISS IT, the most important video series you will ever see on how to FIX ALL OF GIBSON'S MISTAKES ON YOUR LES PAUL.
