Plym Valley Railway. Heritage transport weekend. 30/6/2024

Sunday 30th June 2024. Plym Valley Railway host their transport gala.

Marsh Mills included; vintage vehicles, locomotives on display, garden railway at the viewing area and miniature ride on railway adjacent to the recently built Platform 2 where driver tasters also could be experienced.

Andrew Barclay No.2248 Albert was in steam all day heading two Mk2 coaches. Diesels; Sentinel, 13002 and River Annan took in turns tailing Albert for the return journey from Plym Bridge.

Also in service was the resident DMU. Well worth a visit as you will see.
