On August 3, 2024, the Friends of the Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad hosted a Chili Line Mixed Photo Charter. The day began in Antonito, Colorado. The train was led by Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad 463 with 6 boxcars, 2 open-air gondolas, and Pullman Tourist Sleeper 470.

The Friends of the Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad have restored and maintained the cars that made up the consist. The Friends are the Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad's historic preservation arm. Our railroad preservation work is made possible by the support of our members and volunteers.
