4400 Bel Air Road double homicide investigation

Homicide Detectives with the Baltimore Police Department need your help identifying a suspect in relation to a deadly shooting of two individuals that occurred on Feb. 8, 2024, around 9:45 p.m. on the 4400 block of Bel Air Road.

Video shows the suspect, a black male wearing all black, firing multiple shots at the two victims. One victim located inside of a car, and the other located outside of the car.

Metro Crime Stoppers is offering a potential reward amount for any information that results in felony charges and an arrest in this incident.
