This video shows the route for a 3-5 minute run of the 'Off World Tech' map in Midnight Heist. This is intended for those looking to quickly finish the 'Complete 50 Heists' achievement. Boiled down, you just hack the computers on the first floor until your data requirement reaches 100%. Always have a computer being hacked; you'll get faster the more you do it obviously, so keep practicing. Don't bother with cameras, lights, or loot, unless you want to.

On beginner the monster seems to spawn some time after the 5 minute mark (I don't know when exactly). By maintaining a sub-5 minute time, you can rack up completions while completely avoiding the monster. Even if you go over 5 minutes a little, the monster shows up so sparingly at the start that it might as well not be there.

At the 2:43 mark, I intentionally failed, as it puts the spinning marker for all four attempts closer to where it needs to be. It makes them all do a half turn, rather than the whole way round.

Obviously the game is way more fun when you're dealing with the monster, but if you're just trying to get the heist completion achievement, this is the way to go. I highly suggest playing on the Hard or Nightmare difficulty for more fun gameplay.
