Easy to use and clean
This thing is fantastic. I got the smallest one. You can cook and simmer small amounts of food with practically no heat once it's up to boiling. This has very good thermal conductivity (careful... it stays hot a long time!)

The surface is not as non-stick as teflon so it does require a tiny amount of effort to clean, but it is pretty darn non-stick compared to most metal surfaces, and you can use metal utensils in it.

It would be nice if the lid could be put in the oven, but the handle is some kind of polymer, so I wouldn't try it.

This old chef has used a zillion different cooking vessels, and it's charming and pleasing to find something that actual adds some fun to food preparation!
