The Low Back & Hips often get tight and sore after long periods of sitting, and sometimes can even cause pain in those areas. Great cool down for athletes or unwind stretch after sitting all day! Give back to you body! Use your breath to deepen the stretch and put yourself into recovery mode, that means get out of a stressed out state. Try to make the exhale longer than the inhale. ❤️ Let's unwind.
