丹麦这家火锅店第一次去人满，无座位，这次终于有座位，结果点了套餐外加小菜竟吃不饱! 价格和菜一样美丽！大家一起来看看究竟里面如何吧，谢谢大家对我们的支持
The most popular hotpot in Denmark, second try finally got a seat, how does it taste??

木啦和爸爸做的香肠卷菜谱如下, receipe for the sausage roll:
The roll
30-50g fresh yeast
1dl milk
1dl yoghurt (non-sweetened)
1 egg
1 Spoonful of sugar
0.75dl olive oil (can also be other oil)
350g wheat flour
100g graham flour (or whole grain flour)
A pinch of salt

The filling:
10-20 sausages depending on size. Skinless sausages are better for younger kids
Tomato ketchup
Concentrated tomato puree (the amounts depends on how much sugar is in the ketchup and who will be eating them. Usually kids prefer more ketchup and adults more tomato puree. 50/50 is a good mix that everyone can agree on:) )

Topping:
1 egg (whisked)
sesame seeds (black and white mix for the nicest color)

Tip:
If you want to make some of the rolls extra flavorful you can try adding some shredded cheese to the inside before rolling them together with the sausage - both mozzarella and cheddar works well here for kids
