This is @ChethanaSpoorthi I am 33 year old. I did one meal a day for 100 days and lost 35 pounds after that, I just wanted to push a little more and challenged myself to do Alternate Day fasting for one month, come what may. I have successfully completed 4 weeks of ADF lost 12 more pounds.
