Surge Protectors, the pros and cons of external vs internal

This video is not only for "newbie" Rver's but for experienced as well. Recently we had an "internal" surge protector placed in our RV for increased safety. The last 3 camping experiences were just a little frustrating as we were having a hard time hooking up to electricity. We decided we needed to have the new surge protector investigated with the dealership that installed it. We learned a few things and wanted to share because by having an external or internal surge protector, is an essential item for any RV user. Also, this video gives you a little update of what the Floros are up to next.
