Unfortunately,r nowadays face masks are in demand worldwide. Sometimes they are even out of stocks.

In the Philippines President Rodrigo Roa Duterte also strictly implemented a rule that all Filipinos and foreigners residing in the Philippines must wear their face masks whenever they are out in public places.

Even the president himself wore a mask during his press conference last April 9, 2020, where he made a comment that the said mask which was given to him by his soldiers is falling from his face. He said that it may be made for those who have a high-bridged nose, not for someone with a flat nose. He even asked them if the mask was bought from America. His speech became a viral meme in the Philippines.

Meanwhile, in the United States, President Trump said that since the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) stated that wearing a face mask is voluntary, he is not going to wear one.

In Moscow, Russian President Vladimir Putin was seen wearing a full yellow hazmat suit during his visit to a hospital to meet some of the virus-infected patients in the said city. It also became one of the most viral memes during this period.
