Stir-Fry Baby Bella Mushrooms, Vegan Cooking Show by Kyong Weathersby

It makes wonderful side dish, serve on the top of the vegan burgers, serve on pasta, rice, etc. Delicious! Total Gluten-free!

Stir-Fry Baby Bella Mushrooms

1 pkg, 16 oz baby bella mushrooms
1 T vegetable oil
1 T soy sauce, unfermented
1 T toasted sesame seeds
1 T turbinado sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 T nutritional yeast flakes
½ T corn starch

Wash well. Slice the baby bella mushrooms in ¼ inch thin. Set it aside. Put frying pan on medium high heat. When pan is hot, add vegetable oil. When the vegetable oil is hot, add sliced baby bella mushrooms, soy sauce, toasted sesame seeds, turbinado sugar, garlic powder, onion powder and nutritional yeast flakes. Stir and fry until the mushroom juice is coming out. In a small bowl, put 1 T water and corn starch and mix well. Add the corn starch mixture into mushroom mixture and stir and continue cooking until it is thickened. It is ready to serve. Serve on the cooked rice or serve as side dish. Delicious!
