It’s been three years since the start of the first lockdown in the UK, and in that time our relationship with work has completely changed. Flexible working has become the new normal for many of us, but we wanted to find out how this change has affected disabled people.

One in five people in the UK have some form of disability and the continued adoption of flexible working has the potential to fundamentally improve the ways in which some disabled people can access work.

Three years on, is flexible working still the new normal, and how inclusive has it really been?
