The Perfect Sketchbook B5 Signature Series

Here's the unboxing video (unwrap actually), followed by a quick review and a time lapse of simple landscape painting I did on the sketchbook.

This is very much an upgrade from the previous edition with the use of 300gsm 100% cotton Fabriano Artistico watercolour paper. It now eliminates the uncertainty and differences between 200 (which were used in the previous edition) and 300 gsm paper's especially in regards to the effect of wet-on-wet techniques and paint absorption on the paper.

I can now try different techniques and ideas on this sketchbook before applying them on my larger works confidently, with an assurance that they will behave similarly with the same consistent results.
