Fusible Woven Interfacing: Pellon SF101 or equivalent
Fusible Fleece: Pellon 987F or TP971F (sorry, I said it wrong in the video!)

Vlieselene H640 (European based, lofty! and fusible)

Mesh/Fold Over Elastic:
