We are converting the old caretaker cottage (re-permitted as an office) to a bed and bale cottage. The plan is to provide overnight housing for horses and transport personnel while traveling through our locale. Unfortunately... The caretaker did not bother to take care of this structure (even though he lived in it). None of the plumbing works properly and everything leaks. The leaks have resulted in a deep rot in the subfloor. There is mold everywhere. And we are in a time crunch to make this all work again or...

There is a small closet in the bedroom area. It is also where a small water heater for the entire cottage is installed. We made it usable, just barely, which is necessary for the future tenant.
