Boiled potato - 2
Boiled carrot - 1
Boiled green peas - 1/2 cup
Paneer - 100 grams
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Green chilli - 1
Onion -1/2 cup
Coriander leaves
Bread crumbs - 1/4 cup
All purpose flour- 2 tbsp
Corn flour - 2 tbsp
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil to fry

Cutlet was a typical starter in French cuisine, it gained popularity in cuisines around the world. In Indian cuisine, a cutlet specifically refers to mashed vegetables or cooked meat stuffing that is fried with a batter/covering.
