Should You Get a Sport Management Degree?

Hey guys, my name is Trevor. I am a senior at Indiana University and I will be graduating with a sport marketing and management degree. This video covers the six things I think you should know when making your decision to be a sport management major or not.

The 6 things to consider...

1. Some degrees can get you into a sport career, but a sport management degree may not get you into a business career.

2. Many people working in sport have a degree in something else.

3. Sport management programs offer more volunteer and networking opportunities in sport than other programs.

4. It can be difficult to find an internship.

5. The classes tend to be really easy!

6. You should probably be a sports fan or you may find yourself getting bored in classes.
