This is a very easy achievement/trophy and can be done after the garage conflict with jack. When you climb the ladder in the garage there will be a picture frame on the rack that you moved, turn it over and you will find a screw to interact with. Do this then turn it back over and take the bull statue! Now follow the hallway until you find a door that needs a lock (the bull statue) and open the door which will bring you to a new area of the house. Walk over to the clock across the way from you when you enter and interact with it to get the piece needed then walk over to the pedastool and interact with it using the new piece you found and the achievement/trophy will unlock.
