Hey guys, I have started to take Wellgard's Collagen Peptides Powder as part of my daily diet.

Collagen has a number of benefits:
Help make your bones denser,
Slowing the aging process that makes them brittle and helping your body to produce new bone
Improve skin hydration and elasticity for older people
improve hand and toe nails

Good points:
Contains high-levels of the 8 Amino Acids - watch my review for a screenshot of the nutritional breakdown
Dissolves completely with cold and hot water - no lumps!
Dissolves just as well with milk - no lumps!
Can be mmixed with food, some examples/ideas - porridge, cereal, pancakes
The powder is tasteless, so whether you are putting it in a drink or food, it will not spoil the taste
Halal and Kosher

Bad points
Not suitable for Vegans/ Vegetarians
Arguably a bit pricey but so is everything these days
