Dough:

Egg: 1 piece
Powdered sugar: 80 g
Sour cream: 2 tablespoons
Butter: 150 g
Leavening agent: 1 teaspoon
Flour: ~400 g

Filling:

Apple: 3 pieces
Powdered sugar: 50 g
Cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
Walnuts: 100 g

Bake: at 170°C for 20-25 minutes

Decorating: sprinkle with powdered sugar
