Talking flight monitor 3rd gen. update #2: The beginning of a modern TFM

In the last video, we covered the basics of the new 3rd gen Talking flight monitor. In this video, we continue the series by describing and demonstrating the following items.

* Auto connecting.
* Manually connecting and disconnecting.
* New connection settings.
* New SAPI voices.
* Ability to change SAPI speech rate.
* First letter navigation in tree views found in windows such as settings, aircraft panels, and others. It works identically to first letter navigation in Windows explorer with a few differences.
- It finds items no matter the nesting level
- It works on tree views instead of list views.

This is a short update. As noted in the video, we are getting close to rebuilding the supported aircraft. While we rebuild the aircraft, updates and demos might be limited because a large part of the aircraft support is an internal operation instead of a user operation. However, when we have updates, we will be sure to send them along.
