There are some leaders who are simply confident, poised and elegant. The reason they come across this way is because they use certain habits to make them a confident, poised and elegant leader. Of course, they wear particular clothes that help them project this image. But beyond that, there's a lot more they do that creates this confident, poised and elegant persona. In this video, I go way beyond clothes and body language (in fact, I don't even talk about these elements) and I reveal specific habits relating to how confident, poised and elegant leaders communicate, how they introduce themselves, who they connect with, what knowledge they collect and how they treat their coworkers.

When you know these seven habits and you start to implement them in your leadership life (which you can absolutely do), you will be on your way to becoming a confident, poised and elegant leader yourself. It will no longer seem unattainable for you. You will live it!
