Purple sweet potatoes are eaten by 2 of the longest living people in the world! Let’s make some purple sweet potato fries out of the leftover purple potatoes I bought!

Purple sweet potato fries ingredients:
3 purple potatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt & fresh black pepper to taste

How to bake purple potato fries in your oven:
1. Chop all purple potatoes into the size of fries
2. Toss in olive oil, salt, and pepper on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
3. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit until your fries are fork soft and crispy on the outside
