In this video we will be very busy, because we have a little gathering for friends and family today.

I am going to make some super simple DIY hanging decorations from old glass jars. I will show you very simple way to make a seasonal candlestick from a bottle.

The sun is up in the sky, so we will prepare food that is going to be perfect for this exeptionaly hot weather. Simple to make, durable and yet very delicious.

Maybe my little lazy and money saving personality can show you that things can be simple, yet memorable. With my best hopes you can find a little inspiration for your next party too.

Goulash recipe:
4 tbsp duck fat
3 kg meat (I used beef)
1 kg onions
1 head of garlic
1 kg pepper
1 kg tomato
1 bottle of beer
1 bag of goulash seasoning
salt, pepper, bay leaves, 3tbsp paprika
water
Cut the onions and start cooking it on duck fat. Put in some salt, black pepper and bay leaves. The onion have to be cooked alone until it has a golden brown colour. Cut the garlic and put it in, next is the meat. When the meat is not pink anymore put in the paprika and the goulsh seasoning. Next are the peppers and the tomatoes. Pour in a bottle of beer and some water (the meat is supposed to be covered with the liquid). Season it according to taste. Cook it until the meat is not soft (cca 3 hours).
It´s perfect with bread or dumpling bread.
