CNN has an annual campaign that honours everyday people doing good and this year a South African young man is in the running for Hero Of The Year 2012.
This music video pays tribute to Thulani Madondo(Featured in the video with KYP kids) from Soweto runs the Kliptown Youth Program with his team which provides school uniforms, tutoring, meals and activities to 400 children in the community.
Thulani has made the final top 10 out of 45 000 nominees from around the world nominated for CNN Heroes.
