Fisherman's Pie

RECIPE
It's not clear where this dish originated, but it it's certainly one of the most loved 'Comfort Foods' especially in the wintertime. The one good thing about it is you can use whatever kind of fish or seafood you wish, or whatever is available at the time.
500g Fish or a mix of fish & seaffood
500mls Milk
1 Medium onion
3 medium potatoes suitable for mashing
25g Butter
25g Plain Flour
Lemon Juice
Salt & Pepper
