An Amicus Brief filed in DC in J.G.G. v Trump claims that nearly every district, state, federal and SCOTUS decision made in support of the Trump agenda has been made under direct threats from the Trump Administration or its supporters, and is invalid.

Should this be accepted, this could trigger a constitutional crisis, as it calls into question every pro-trump SCOTUS ruling, but implicates SCOTUS, baring them from overseeing the case, leaving no court of appeal, and thereby violating due process.
