Here is an in depth guide on how to get to North West Airfield (NWAF) in not only the quickest route, but the safest for 0.63 DayZ BETA Update!
I don't know the exact time it takes as it varies based on how heavy your character is. The fastest time I did it in, was - 27 Minutes - and that's with the new stamina bar!
