White-Bellied Caiques are incredibly cute, super cuddly, and full of energy. They've made a name for themselves across the internet since they're knowing for being total goofballs. This species of parrot can be a handful and they require a lot of training, attention, stimulation and time outside of the cage. They are also extremely intelligent and can learn very advanced tricks.
