NTT Network Technology Laboratories have been studying methodologies for evaluating, managing, and controlling QoE (Quality of Experience).
In this video, we explain a concept of QoE-centric operation that optimizes QoE through (1) QoE measurement and collection, (2) QoE visualization and prediction and degradation factor analysis, and (3) QoE control.
And we introduce QoE visualization and prediction technology that supports QoE-centric operation. We will use its application to a mobile service as an example.
