1 cup self rising flour (125 grams)
[* add 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder if using AP flour]
1 cup sugar (200 grams)
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 large can (28 or 29 oz) of peaches in heavy syrup (793 grams)
1 cup whole milk (245 grams)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
cinnamon & sugar mix for topping
